Went to pickle bills for my first experience today. Ambiance was amazing. Grabbed a drink upstairs on the nice patio while waiting for a table. Once seated in a lovely wooden style two person table our server ROSE was amazing. Had a starter of mussels which were by far the best I have had in Cleveland, served piping hot. Pasta salad was to die for as a small side. We got the all you can eat crab legs. Rose did a wonderful job clearing and make shore we had plenty of crab and butter. As far as drinks we got the mini fish bowls with an awesome PB cup to take home. Service was top notch. Rose was by far the most humble and personable server I have ever had. Definitely plan on visiting again this summer 2024 and hopefully Rose will be my server.
such a great restaurant, we had all you can eat crab legs we ate 5 sprays of legs each . great service the girls kept our food coming. can't wait to go back !
I don't know how people say this place has gone down hill. It's exactly the way I remember it from 15 years ago. We came for AYCE crab legs on a Friday night. Got right in with no wait. The waitress (Chancie?) was super sweet. She kept the crab coming! There was only a few minutes between ordering the next bucket before it came to the table. And honestly the corn on the cob is some of the best I've ever had at a restaurant. It was super crispy not soggy at all and very sweet. We will definitely be back.
My wife and I went to Pickle Bills on 3/23/24. Before going, I checked out reviews from the present back to a year at least. The reviews were mixed, but some recent ones were very negative. I think those were written by angry former employees or people that can't be pleased no matter what or couldn't afford to pay for the AYE crab. Our crab was the best we ever had there (4 trips). The place was packed and our servers(Adam & Nicole) were great and accommodating and despite the crowd we never really waited for anything. Thinking of going back again this week. Craig
Sami was our waitress. She was great! Fast on our we orders was there for everything we needed. Food was phenomenal and had a great atmosphere right on the river fireplace.
